Look at the leaf shaped 440 stainless steel blade which possess double cutting edge. It is equipped with a full length blood groove. The hilt and scabbard are wrapped with light brown suede leather, whereas the guard and the pommel are metal cast.

It is notable that the guard and the pommel are not extremely emphasized, thus pointing to the fact that it is a battle meant weapon, not only an artifact.
