Heart Pentacle Pendant

Sterling Silver, approx 1 1/2 in long, 1 1/4 in wide.
Celtic knotwork in the shape of hearts, with crescent moons on the edges of the pentacle. a tear drop stone dangles from the bottom of this piece.
